As of this morning, I noticed that my pets, and droid, no longer respond to their names.

This morning, I had a Gaping Spider Hunter (Gaz), a Probot (Dib) and a newly-tamed dwarf nuna (Nuna). While they would collectively obey commands, none of them would respond if I addressed them individually,by name.

Have any of you noticed this with your droids?

I called my Advanced R3 combat droid today and he answered by his name. Of course Pub 21 has done wonders for the DE right now <rolls eyes> so it could be a sporadic bug

I havent been in game to check out my current droids yet. So does publish 21 just make us combat droid makers? or does item storage, data storage, and other radial items work still.

To be honest I never checked storage, but as of now it seems we are merely combat (no autorepairs though) and crafting station droid makers. The sad thing is I came back for this mess.

I got very discouraged shortly after initial release and swore I would never give SOE anymore of my money. Recently I decided to give them another try and lo and behold nothing has changed when it comes to the senseless bugs. How they can ignore test center suggestions and complaints is beyond me, but its very obvious that is exactly what they did with this push.

Maybe I should just burn my money every month instead of using it for SWG. After all it accomplishes the same thing....getting nothing of entertainment in return. But alas I am a Star Wars addict so I am one those SOE lives off of just because they attempted to make a Star Wars game.

well my combat harvest droid worked when I used him by name for attack .. but not for harvest but I think that is one of the parts that didn't work. So maybe that was similar to something you tried to get your droid to do. Also, my combat medic droid worked admirably as well (although not named) both attacks and boosts medical abilities. Of course these are droids existing in my data pad. It seems that new droids may not be so fortunate. Looks like I will be testing that out tonight to make sure my space droids are at least working (well Level 1 and Level 3 - as my chars only have those levels). Unfortunately I cannot test the Bounty Hunter Droids I sell as none of my characters areactual Bounty Hunters.
