Problem: Spices give an unfair combat advantages by boosting HAM with no experience is skill points invested.
Solution: Drug Addict Profession, requires Drug Use exp and costs skill points. Higher up the tree you go the better the Spice you can use. Make differnt Spice levels like Medical Use levels.
---
Problem: Chef Foods can be used by anyone to give numerous combat advantages (especially the new Chef Foods!). No experience grinding or sk ill point costs required.
Solution: Make a Gourmand Profession. By tasting foods over time the Gourmand will level up and cost skill points. Master Gourmand would be able to fully enjoy the benefits of foods in a way noone else can.
---
Problem: Doctor Buffs can be used on anyone causing unfair advantages to the buffed person. Any noobs can get buffed and solo things much beyond their noob levels.
Solution: Medical Experiment Volunteer profession. As the person goes up this profession's tree, expending skill points, they can better benefit from the Doc's buffs.
---
Problem: Any noob off the street can be given faction points from a buddy and purchase an ATST allowing them to solo the highest level faction missions.
Solution: Make Imperial/Rebel a profession just like "Droid/Creature Handler"
---
Problem: Vehciles allow very fast travel allowing at absolutely no skill point costs. We all know we weren't born with the knowledge to drive!
Solution: Driver Profession (Or Vehcile Handler) where the person gains access to differnt level vehicles, enabling him to travel faster having earned the knowledge to safely do so.

Oh and don't forget the Armor Handler class
Its only fair that people have to expend skill points to get such an advantage when us Wookiees can't.

The Junk Dealer Profession.
You gain experience by acquiring all weapons, armor, and items that are atless that 5% of their original quality. You place them in your house until your house reaches max capacity. From that point on, the oldest item in your house disintegrates into a "Pile of Junk" that occupies 0 space, freeing up room for more junk. You will additionally gain a zone of 10 meters around your house where items can also be placed.
You will have exclusive access to a new vehicle Master Artisans can make:an old Ford pickup truck, rust brown in color.
You will have new, special theme music that we'll patch into the game... The Theme from 'Sanford and Son'.
Smugglers will lose the feign death skill, and the Junk Dealer profession will acquire it. The animation will be updated showing your character stumbling around clutchingit's chest, then collapsing.... usually with one eye open to look at your groupmates or mobs.
-----
We are already in final development of this profession, because it was very clear the Oracle guys said we needed a way to remove junk from the game.

My Friend and I were talking the other nite about DH profession and suddenly it hit me, I love the Idea! Really I mean it. In fact DEV's lets not do this adding a profession thing half-masted, Lets go for the whole ball of wax.
Give us MORE Professions! Lets add a new one to just about every skill tree in the game!
First give us a Vehicle Handler profession, you know something on the grounds of a professional pod race driver. Have a weekly or monthly spawn of race tracks.
Second, How about a new Criminal Profession with the Elite Class of Crime Lord, Work your way up the underbelly of the criminal profession to become a Crime lord with benifets of haveing a "Hideout" and be able to put down Smuggler mission termanls. Maybe even have a few NPC lackys.
Architects could have the Carpenter and Contracter Class branch off of them.
We thought up about a dozen or so other professions to be added but I can't remember em' all now.
What do you all think?
By the way Im not Serious, This is just a joke.....Just in case a DEV reads this post.
