Well Im stuck here. Went on the server again to try it out. When im trying to make the Manipulator Arm Pacage Set it seems to bethe
Server Motors resource that asks for ferrous metal that is the problem. I have tryed high queality steel, copper, Iron, ore and Aluminium in that slot now.3 otherslots require Metal, 1 slot require chemical (fiberplastI used ) andone slot Lowgrade ore ( I used siliclastic ore. So is it me that are doing anything wrong here or what ?
. I just basicly get a message saying that it cant continue the crafting since one of the slots dont have the proper ingredience or something like that.Kinda frustrating to be honest .
Ok. Here's the skinny. Ferrous means literally that it contains Iron. So, using common sense, or perhaps a cheat-sheet page on the web, you can deduce that copper and aluminum don't contain Iron. Additionally, for the purposes of the game Ores of any type do not count as a Ferrous Metal and only work in the Ore slots. Look for a resource that in your inventory is simply labeled Steel. One labeled Iron would work also, but that is harder to come by on a vendor or in the bazaar. If you want to go dig it up yourself, the surveying tool will have a category called "Ferrous Metals". Anything in that category, or it's sub-categories, will work in a slot that requires Ferrous Metal.
That should get you on the right track for now. ![]()

The Manipulator Arm Package Set requires a total of 60 unit of Extrusive Ore. Any type of low grade ore will work for the Manipulator Arm Set, but only Extrusive Ore will work for the Manipulator Arm Package.
The easiest way to make sure that you are using all of the correct resources is to make sure that filter box, in the left hand corner of your crafting tool is checked, and that you are double clicking the resources that you wish to use, instead of dragging them to the open slots. In your crafting tool, click on each resource that you wish to use. When you click on the resource, the corresponding box will become highlighted. Double click the resource for each box that you need to fill. Go through each of the resources listed in the crafting window, until all of the resource boxes are filled.
One thing that you need to make sure is that you have enough resources to fill each box. If you don't have enough resources to fill each box, you will not be able to continue the crafting process either.
Yes. Excellent point. Different resources do NOT stack, so you MUST click the larger amounts first. For example,if the schematic calls for 10 units of copper and you have 5 units ofone kindand 10 units of another, make sure you are double-clicking the 10 unit resource FIRST. Otherwise the 5 units will go into the slot, but it won't be complete as it's missing 5 units. At that point, double-clicking the 10 unit one will NOT add onto the first, nor will it replace it. You will have to go to the box where the first 5 unit resource has been placed in the window there, and double-click it to "unload" it. Then you can load the 10 unit sample.
