Hey all,

I'm a DE and I personally really enjoy the profession and am able to sell a lot of droids, etc. etc.. and yes there a crapload of problems/bugs whatever.... but... here's a better way for you all to voice your anger, which may actually show some results (But who knows really)...

Instead of posting all your frustrations over and over again on this board, take it to the gaming magazines (and online too). PC Gamer, Computer Gaming World, Game Informer, Gamespot,etc.. write letters to the editors complaining about the problems of this profession/game, your frustrations. If a campaign by all of you is organized and brought to the media it will get more exposure and you will probably inform more people about the frustrations of this game - which will result in more people probably not buying this game and bad press for SOE which in turn might make the developers put more effort into fixing this profession/game. It's not only DE who are getting screwed here. At any rate, it's an idea, and I bet if you all collaborated and did a big campaign to these magazines you'd get a lot of press out of it.

I mean face it, all of you already know the problems so why read them over and over on this board - it obviously doesn't help to post it here... take it to the streets people... that is, if you are passionate enough aboutwanting to play this game for a long time and want to do all you can to help make it better. Of course, it's a total shame that there are so many strange bugs that aren't fixed...but whatever, I guess the point is what are YOU going to do about it (not that you should have to do anything, but ya know...)!

Just a long rambling thought... I'm going back to grinding..

I see your point, but complaining here is the correct thing to do, until it becomes completely obvious that SOE is not acting on the problems, or is acting improperly or unprofessional. Locking threads, claiming that they had vulgar language when they simply contained complaints, is quite unprofessional and got my blood pressure up a bit, but taking it to the magazines is something that should only be done after a few months have passed.

I want to be a droid engineer. I want droids to be used widely in the game. I want to play and have fun. I am not ready to quit and I am not ready to take it to the gaming world.
