Does the Medium armor offer a reduction like it's supposed to, or is it just 40% across the board?

I've just got blueprints 3 and now should be able to produce basic Probots, I'm guessing to craft them I will need to become MA so that I can use a public crafting station to build them is this correct?

Also another quick question what skill level tree to you need to get to before you can use the title expert driod enginner?

Thankz

You don't need to become a MA to make probots, but you might need to use a private crafting station instead of the public ones (I don't remember how complex they are right now).

I recommend you make a droid with a weapon/droid/general crafting module, and use that. You get the benefit of being able to craft wherever you like, too.

Probots have a complexity of 25 and will require a public crafting station (and droid crafting tool)

As for droid armor being fixed, honestly its looking a heck of a lot better than it did right after the nerf. They've added resistance back, I know that now my probot with 40% can tank MTN squills and Greater Desert rats where as before he couldnt. No he doesnt do enough damage to take them out alone, but thats ok I'd rather he didnt do damage, just soak it up so I can get the kill xp.

Of course Im still in the Novice Marksmen skill tree, (Pistol / Rifle 3) so as I move up into more "Elite" professions of combat Im sure it will not be enough .....such is the way.
