I just got Master Droid on an Alt. acct. I built a couple of advanced R3 droids but can only get damage of 118-129. how can i increase this? i filled up all the combat slots with combat modules except one for self repair. Should i use a different droid?

The only droid that has a better damage than this is the Probot. So if you're looking for damage get a probot. If you're looking for distractions stay with the R3, I've found that they're pretty robust little guys.

Replacingthe auto-repair with another combat module will result in better damage. Also, make sure your combat modules use the best resources you can find and are fully experimented.

When your looking at the damage also look at the speed, the probot may not look like it does much more damage but it has half the speed.

As the others said, the best damage you're going to get is from a probot, and just make sure you're using the best materials possible for the combat modules. The best max damage rating I've gotten a probot to is 185, so theoretically it should go up to 200 with 100% experimentation. The HAM will go up to 3200 (compared to the R3's 4500), so its really whatever you want from a combat droid: Max HAM, max damage, or a balance of both. In that order, its an LE Repair, Probot, then R3.

Your numbers on your probot right here ? or are you talking a basic probot? ( I haven't made a basic in forever). My Adv Probots are topping out at 527 combat ratings and I could do 550 if I wanted to use my precious few maxed combat modules from our alternate experimentation day.

Something is not right... I'm far from master and getting a combat rating of 238 - 250 and my damage is 124 - 138 in a probot with 2900 HAM at a .8 speed. I know I can do better no because my resources are not good at all and I'm on level 2 on the expermentation tree.

I said maximum damage, not combat rating. The CR on my probots is 511.
