Thread: Question about Crafting Session Ended

I am about to do DE, but im still in the artisan tree that leads to DE, but i keep trying to set up a macro, and i know how to, but when a tool finishes making an item, the window of the tool that im currently on closes and it says crafting session ended. This happens every time an item is finished being made, i don't know why it's doing it, can some one give me some answers please. thx

Id also like to know. Ive dont macro crafting like this before and only recently it started doing this. Sometimes if i log it stops though. Very interesting.

It's been a while since I did the grind, but it used to happen to me from time to time. I would recommend two things. The first is to make sure you have two "/createPrototype Practice noitem" statements at the end of your macro. This will fix it if you are standing too close to a crafting station. (if I recall correctly) The second is to slow down your macros a little. I noticed that this would happen from time to time if one of my stations finished an object (even just a test countdown) just as I finished crafting the next one. Hope this helps and good luck with the grind.

It always seems to say 'Crafting Session Ended' for all the macros I've used lately, but it doesn't seem to affect anything.The item still gets created and I get the experience, so I haven't worried about it much

This behavior is normal and fine. You're still getting the XP for the item. Keep an eye on your XP bar to know for sure.

Anyone have the CSE bug while manually crafting? I'm manually crafting and getting CSE's about 20% of the time. I get no exp, and it eats the resources I selected, if I get that far. Also it can/does crash other tools working on other things. I've /bugged this one to hell, but months later still getting them. Can anyone help?

I actually spent some time the other night crafting several items by *gasp* hand. (Haven't done that in so long I'd almost forgot how.) Anyway, I noticed that if I was crafting one item at the time another item finished up and got deposited into my inventory, I would get one of these errors.
Let's say your making...I dunno....Advanced Droid Frames? If you have a crafting tool open and are making ADF #2, when ADF #1 finishes, your crafting session ends and you get zilch. I think the devs might have stealth nerfed the crafting grind by putting this in. It really makes it hard to run multiple crafting stations at once.

Exactly. By the time i got to the my third craft tool it was almost assured it'd get a mid-stream crafting session has ended bug hit, and crash anything crafting in practice mode on the other crafters.
