Hey all, I've been considering picking up MDE for the sole purpose of arming a few friends of mine with detonation droids en masse, for some PvP mayhem and 'splosions. I'm not aiming to be effective, just amusing. I did have a few questions though? whats the damage like on these? the mouse vs. the AR3's? How easy/unwieldy is it to use these in combat? What is the timer like? Any tips or strategies I should be aware of?

I have about 30 crates of the Advanced MSE version and a couple R3 left (with more on the way) from a great guildie who is keeping me supplied in Jihad droids..
The AMSE that he built for me run about 900-1k damage after PvP reduction and the R3 hits for 1500 for me..
insta-incap for an unbuffed and unarmored person.

My power 38 ADV MSE do about 1K dmg max in PVP. There awsome Jedi Killers.

I luckily had a small quality of so-so tolium and made some 38 power advanced MSE. Now I can only make 34 because of the shift (fortunately there is some right now) , which aren't too terribly bad and close to 1k damage still. I am finding most want to buy MSE and not R3 for the cost. There are still those few that want the higher damage and are willing to pay for it. The majority I have made so far seem to be the MSE models though.
