Ok i have seen other with droids that are /yell so everyone can see it. I have now clue how to get my droid to do this can anyone help out please ty

if you are talking about a barker droid, it needs to have a barker module in it and you need advertiseing 4 in the mercheant proffession to program it. But i believe some droids can talk if you put certain personality chips in htem, not sure though, i have never made them, i heard they can quiet annoying.

Osav Master Slacker(currently MRifleman/MCombatMedic only cause I couldnt find anything I liked with rifleman and ran out of respecs and I was forced to a double combat mastery in the CU when I did just fine with just MRifleman pre CU lol )

Personality chips work when you're consersing with the droid. So if you're changing Store to ST then the droid's personality will click into effect. I think they used to randomly talk but I don't think they do it anymore.

Yeah I've noticed that speech but it doesn't differ depending on the chip. Says the same thing in those instances no matter what chip.

I put personality chips in my droids and they still never seem to talk. Quite disappointing.
