Is it possible to place a droid in a house as decoration and or a crafting station? If it is possible how do you do it?
Many thanks...

You can't place droids in your house in any other way then simply calling them.
BUT, If you just like a droid for decoration, you can ask your local DE for a droid chassis. These are components used during the crafting process, who look like complete droids, but have non of their functions.
Available droid decoration chassis:
R4, R3, R2, Surgical droid, LE Repair Droid, Protocol Droid, Probot, Binary Load Lifter.
(Did I forgot one?)

Hey Ooth,
You can't place them permanently as crafting stations, you can only do that if you call them like you would normally. If you want one as a piece of furniture, all you have to do is buy a droid chassis and drop it in the house like you would any other object. Many DEs sell droid chassis (basically the shell of an unfinished droid) on their vendors along with finished droids. I've got a couple in my house. They are a lot of fun
