SWGCenter had one, but I don't know whether or not it is still there.

Thanks, but looking for more of a straight forward list. I didnt see anything to help on the swgcenter but I did see what I wanted on swgcrafter however It'll take me almost an hour to just write everything down and add it up. Was hoping to see if anyone had a comprehensive list somewhere

It's in the SWG Center schematics section. Find the schematic you're looking for, click on it, and the total number of resources used is listed near the bottom. Every resource needed is also listed in detail as well.
