My holocron was "Master Droid Engineer" and i was happy cause i started it a week before, but if they cahnge the proffesion significantly, does my holocron switch over to the new one or am i screwed. Dev's i would like to know

"Droid Engineer" is synonymous with screwed.

Honestly, you have nothing to worry about on the holocron front. The DE profession will officially still be here after the patch, so you should still be able to master it. On the other hand, you should be done with DE long before they implement this.
