There is a Ruined Jedi Temple on Dantooine. Around these Co-Ordinates +4154/+5254. There is also a Waterfall near by, inside you will find a Jedi female. she gives you a mission to eliminate a squad of imperials.

I dont know about you guys but that game will satisfy my jedi playing. I dont stress myself over the FS slot...if it happens good..if not, I didnt bought a 50$ game, and paying 15$ a month and spend hours after hours in a game just with the expectation of becoming a jedi. I bought the game to experience the star wars universe in a roleplaying environment with no means thinking of a jedi. If you guys bought this game just with hopes of becoming a jedi after all the developers said about how hard would be to unlock the FS slot and all, you guys are in for a trip...Besides, the best way or the most fun to play a jedi (to me at least) is like jedi outcast or this upcoming game...where you have no lag whatsoever, you do the special moves with timing and the press of a keyboard key and mouse button so that you feel like you are actually controlling the moves of the character...no with special moves timer as in this game, not needing to cry like a child when your jedi dies and all those many many endless hours of grinding to become jedi master is gone to waste because of a bug or some odd lag....I mean you guys are crying right now about not been a jedi or unlocking the FS slot, but when you do become a jedi and die then you will cry even more...I suggest just to play the game for what it is...the starwars universe at its best with interaction with people....try to have fun at the professions you have...and not think about the FS slot...if it comes...good for you...and for those of you who just bought the game to become a jedi...sorry...but you should havethough twice about that...believe me you will have more fun been a jedi in jedi academy or jedi outcast than here.

I played the demo and it was really cool. I really like the dual lightsaber wielding.

However, this game has me disappointed. If I get disappointed enough to ditch it, I'm not sure I'll be comfortable going with another LucasArts product, because they let SOE mangle this one. Why should I reward them with another $50 for not treating me right? Even McDonalds has more personal service than this place...

Anyone else played the demo for this? It kicks ass! and get this! you can BE a jedi!

Its awesome! No grind no nothin! There are tons of combos and stuff. You can run on the walls and do backflips and you can force choke someone and throw them around in the air!If you havent played the demo, go pick it up, the game came out today, im gonna pick it up today or tommorrow. Also, i think i read that there are vehicles in multiplayer and there are two other classes you can play other than jedi.

Oh yea, im nearly master DE and just got tired of the grind. I put 50k on my shop, closed it, and will return time to time to see if they do any updates. Until then, ill be playing jedi academy. Single player is cool, and multiplayer looks like it will be even better! You can play as rebel or imp and battle over the base at Yavin 4! That alone makes it worth it. Anyways, see you in a few years (if that soon)

May the force be with you!

JK3 is waaayyyyy better than JK2 and i loved jk2, i think the thing that most appeals to me is that you start with a saber and you get to progress from force sensitive to apprentice...to jedi its pretty **edit** cool, you do get to customize a lightsaber in the begining but it is only 1 handed and the hilts are pretty lame, therres like 1 good one other than the hilt you get to choose your color. later on in the game you can choose between single, duel or double + differnt hilt and colors if you want but the game play is way better i think i beat it in 2 days cause i played it strait lol

I can't wait to see how KoTOR for PC is going to be. The game looks really cool. I don't have an X-Box so I'm glad they decided to cart it back over to personal computer so I can enjoy it. I think its funny that X-Box players thought they'd have that game all to themselves ha ha ha ha too bad, they thought wrong.

I haven't decided if I'll get Jedi Academy or not. I downloaded and played the really short demo, but I wasn't impressed by how short it was. I'm sure the story is probably much better later on though.

Jedi Academy is great. The saber combat for multiplayer is really intense. I was fighting using a single saber against another player who had two sabers and it was crazy to watch. I was scared to get out of my defensive stance because his blades were whirling so impressively. I finally just started doing the crazy yoda and got a couple of kills on him. The single player mission is 10x better than Jedi Outcast because you start out a Jedi trainee with a lightsaber. In Outcast you had to play like 7 or 9 levels to get a saber. Like Outcast, the true joy is the very skill based multiplayer component. A player with single sabers has quite a bit of versatility in stances and moves. A person with two sabers has limited stances but can throw one saber and retain the other for blocking and attacking. The lightstaff is badass. You're always in medium stance but you can also close one side to use it like a medium stance single saber. The two new saber styles are going to take some getting used to.
