Droid Engineer Archive

I don't fully understand what is likely to happen. Is there going to be another new profession that will be "Droid Commanders" or will Droid Engineer be turned into it? I don't see how that will work, truning crafting into combat. Also, if this is so, Droid engineers won't be able to control the new combat droids?

Ok, so the new droid handler/droid master/droid commander can use higher level combat droids.

What else can they do?

-I don't see many wild droids to "tame" if that is an option.

-Everyone can already tame/train their own droids

-Will the droid handler be able to tame my MSE Mouse droid as a mount???

At this point I don't see enough abilities to warrent an entire profession.

When I think of a droid engineer I think of someone without much combat skill that can build a droid that can protect them (and do a lot of other things to).

I currently have no combat skills on my Master DE/Master Artisan. I'm 4/2/3/3 in Arch right now and wanting to drop my merchant for another crafting skill. I don't want any combat.
