Thunderheart,

Could we get some sort of reply from you with regards to the state of the Jedi profession?

Where it is, what problems have been identified by your people, when these problems may possiblybe addressed ?

Something approximate would be fine. Not looking for any committments here.

C'mon, dude. There was one person who was being negative in that thread, and s/he was obviously getting one-starred by people already. Censoring players for being "negative" isn't exactly the best way to deal with things. Find me a messageboard anywhere on the Internet where people don't complain about something, and I'll paint myself purple & dance the macaréna and email you the pics. Although you won't be wanting to eat prior to viewing, and damn sure not after.

Most of us have come to terms with the fact that the Droid Invasion is still coming, albeit delayed, and that our wish for no DC-class has been granted. Natural progression has led the DE board to a lull, something akin to a deep breath before the big dive (Droid Invasion).

Where was all the censorship a few weeks ago, when the tension on this board was at an all-time high? It wasn't here then (and shouldn't have been), and it shouldn't be now...

There's a difference between being 'negative' and offering constructive complaints or questions.

Besides, the rant of that thread was answered and there was no need to let it continue.

I let things boil over before because there were a lot of real issues. I dont mind people venting from time to time, but it cannot be a habit. Drashk is working hard for droid issues, TK-421 and others have been supporting our efforts and we need to make this a positive place. We want this to be a fun and interesting place to come. Change and evolution is part of what MMO's are all about and this can be a place of community, a place of change and a good source of information and we all need to make it become that. It won't become a place of valuable community without all of us putting our best foot forward. That energy begets a better place and we all benefit from such an effort.

You guys have said your peace and laid your claims and we have heard them. We are putting a plan of action together (Im working on the post as we speak) and we're going through with it. I was able to change the course of game development based on the DE community's requests against the better wishes of the devs and to that end, this team is spending a lot of money and effort on these changes and we need your help to make these changes as effective and as fun as they can be.

What are you referring to specifically in this sentence?

I am sure he meant the DH profession. There is a string of posts about it on the Dev forum. There are a few posts supporting the DH class, but the overwhelming majority didn't want a CH clone and wanted high level droids delayed until they could figure out a realistic way of putting in higher end combat droids so the bulk of the players could use them....hence the utility module focus instead for now.
