Yeah, that's a bug. Unless it's working as intended, in which case they should have documented it...

It isn't just limited to the case as described. I made an adv R4 with 2 crafting stations and a med module. Neither of the crafting stations worked, but the med module worked. So if 2 crafting stations are in a droid, only one of the modules will work. Which module works... beats me. Might depend on which slot it is in when you create the droid.

I also have an adv R4 with two crafting stations and a medical 3 module - only the medical mod works. Neither crafting station will do anything.

Thanks for the info.
I have been selling some droids with 2 or more crafting station modules...
Well, I have to contact them , and refund for them.

Man....you seriously necro'd this post.

This was fixed some time ago. Multiple crafting stations should work in droids.

Now TK, lets be more positive eh

Multiple craft stations DO work in a droid these days, no doubt about it

This sounds to me like an error on the DE's part, the module isnt there. I'd take it back to the supplier if I was you Blade.

Positive almost to a fault, I am.

Actually, I was sort of saying 'good job'. Not easy to bring back a post that's about 8 months old. I note that the Forum's search engine is doing some strange things lately, so it's all good.

I have a advanced R3 with all crafting stations and it works fine alll of them. Just be sure only one person is crafting at a time on it.

Andola,

Thanks for your concern and TK sorry to beat a dead horse I know this was an old bug as I do much research into my expensive purchases before making decisions.First of all I do knowto use the proper tool I wouldnot be a successful retailer of smuggler tools if that was the case, but thanksforyour concern. As a noob I would have probably madethat mistake and I actually didoncebut with a crafting station. I know this used to be an issue but had thought that it was resolved. Funny thing is the DE upon being informed of this immediately crafted a MSE droid with both mods and it worked fine. It was late and perhaps he crafted both tools to be the food tool? Hard to say either way, like I stated the DE is a good guy and we will be working through this together.

Might also be worth pointing out, although most people know this (i hope), is that to get the benefit of the craftingmodule you must be using the proper crafting tool that goes with that particular module.

i.e. not the generic crafting tool, as that will make no differenece at all. But a Food/Chemical Crafting Tool to go with the Food/Chemical crafting module.

Stumped me for a couple of days way back in the olden days...

That's why we have bug threads... they track these things. Issues that are no longer there have been removed because they've been resolved. If a bug is removed in error, it doesn't take long for someone to make it known.
