Should Sony and Lucas Arts be worried? (15000 users * 5 accts = ~$13MIL in potential lost gross annual revenue) If I were the CEO for either LA or SOE, I would certainly be worried.

Third party software is any program that is run at the same time as SWG that interacts with SWG on any level. This is disallowed by the EULA.

There are macro programs that can be run from the desktop that allow a wide range of activity within the game.

For instance, there is a musician set up on Endor? Dantooine? I don't recall... anyway, he's there all day, and all night. He runs on a timer and tells you to send him a /tell saying "Hi". When you do this he begins a monolgue with you in /tells and explains how to use his service. He also asks you to invite him into a group, and invite anyone else who needs his service.

The level of activity that he uses is pretty much that of an NPC. This is not being done with macro system built into SWG.

But this guy persists in this activity, and the CSRs are not responding. I know, because I, and others, reported him.

These high end macro programs let people loot while being afk. These best SEAs drop in the borgle cave with fair regularity.

lmfao the borgle caves! I was down there the other day got to the bottom and a few people just standing there, So i politely say "hi" nuffin, so i again say "Hi wot u upto" once again nuffin, But i did wonder wot the hell was in them boxes now i know.
