What good are the droid reconstruct kits when only a DE can use them? i mean i have a droid repair module in my main crafting droid, why wouldnt i use him instead of wasting resources??
Am i missing something?

I don't see this as a big problem.
The probot I used for 3 months had around 30 combined wounds. And I guess in two or three weeks you will see more people again with their DE title on.

Don't forget that your probot had some really heavy armor at the time though...
I think that we cam use the reconstruction its for the same reason that Medics are the only ones that can treat wounds. I'm OK with it. It's just another service I can charge for and DEs can use all of the repeat business they can get.

you guys missed my point, why waste resource building reconstruct kits, when we have droids with repair modules than can fix the same thing. If DE only can use the kits doesnt make sense to me. I have a R2 with crafting, storage and repair. He repairs the black bars now. So why waste resources and time making the reconstruct kits. Am i missing something?

Yep... SOE makes the rules... are you expecting something logical out of them?

Yes. You can only have out one droid at a time and it can't heal itself. With the reconstruction kits, a DE will be able to heal their own droid's wounds without finding someone else with a repair capable droid. I don't think the devs intended us to use these on our customers droids, since most DEs already have at least one droid with a repair module. I think this is something that was intended as a "bonus" for DEs.

Well..not a 'bonus' but a way to address an annoying DE mantra...

Some would say that having 2 called droids is the better answer. I suspect very strongly that this would have taken longer and been more dev. time consuming to get to.
Building a way for us to have the same result (we can heal our own droids) but do it in less time....that was the reason for the addition of these kits.
