Thread: Please, need assistance! Not getting exp for making droids anymore!

Someone, anyone! please assist me. I purchased a Holocron and it said I need to become a Master Droid Engineer. I am getting there but progress is VERY slow! I am working on Advanced Droid Schematics at the moment and I would like to know what I can do to make it go a little faster? I am making DZ70's at the moment which is giving me about 350 exp per droid I make. My brother is making about 3k exp on every generator he is making for his skill in Architecture. What can I do to make more exp faster? Any help is greatly appreciated! THANKS!!!

Manipulator arm package set, then advanced droid frame.
Nothing near 3K xp, but with several tools and loads of resources, and really solid mouse, you'll get a chance.
Only way to level DE is to grind.
Nobody want something that is not made by a master, and that's parcialy because of that droids are so cheap to buy and expensive to make.

xp is based on a couple factors, 2 I belive to be difficulty of the schematic and the number of resources made. Look at the How to Grind thread here for the grind items to make.
I was a Master Architect at one time and can tell you, the xp flies in that field due to the large amount of resources required to produce items. Droids on the other had, require far less. DE will take more time as xp is made in smaller doses.

First things first. Just grind MSE droids until you can make Advanced Frame Units. Then make those, blueprints 2 if I remember right.
Now if the xp isn't showing up then log out and log back in again.
Other than that try getting multiple weapon/droid crafting tools so you don't have to wait on them to finish crafting.
Three of those worked great for me.

The absolute fastest way to grind DE is to make the Adv. Droid Frame.
Like the person before me said, make a couple of General Crafting Tools, so you don't have to wait for the item to finish, 3 or 4 is plenty. You also get 5% more XP if you choose Practice Mode.
If I were you, I would head over to www.swgcraft.com and check out there Forums. There you should be able to easily find a Crafting Macro (legal in game Macro) to use with your 3 or 4 Crafting Tools. Once you get the Macro working properly, all you will have to do is put the resources into the schematic, everything else is handled by the Macro.
If you have enough Steel and Fiberplast (only 2 ingrediants needed for the Adv. Droid Frame) you should be able to get a box an hour (I am guestimating, as I recall, if I had enough steel & fiberplast, I could finish a box pretty fast)
P.S.
Don't compare DE to Architecture, as amount of Resources is the biggest factor in the amount of XP you get per Item. In Architecture (which I also did) you get like 3k xp for each Gungan Head you make. I think Architecture was the easiest Grind of all the Classes. I completed it in 3 days, doing a couple of boxes per night.

Well, thanks to all of your help I have made Master Droid Engineer. Just a thanks to all of you for your assistance. I have dropped the skill since my posts because I need points bad!!! I got another Holocron and it told me to make master Tailor, what a pain in the ass!!! well, off to the grind!!! Thanks again everyone!!!
