Thread: Specialized Crafting tool quality

What are the advantages to having a higher quality efectiveness crafting tool? I used to be using ones that were around -12 until I even saw that stat. I made some that are now +10. Whats the difference? (besides 22)

supposedly less chance at crit failures. Same with the higher rated stationary crafting stations.
