Hey all..I was able to put together an R3 with 6 18-rated modules for a combined 109 rating.. unfortunatlyI only have the materials to build a total of 4.. unless ofcourse I can get more Ietechleite(sp?), Hydron-3 Inert gas (OQ998, DR3) I am using 1 currently testing the results.. and plan to auction the other 3 off.. These modules where made w/o the use of buffs or foods. I used Kini, Duralloy Steel, the new polysteel(name escapes me at this time), and Ietechleite, Hydron-3Inert gas.

When expermented out the most I was able to reach was 88%.
