I just got Novice Droid Engineer and I've been making the MSE droids nonstop trying to get some of the other skills. I'm finding it extremely tedious and nearly painful for my wrist. Is there some other way I can get more experience with only having the Novice Droid Engineer skill?

In a word: no.
Sorry, but we all had to do it. Get a rhythm going; maybe replace how your arm sits on the keyboard. If you use the default keymap, I've found that the Enter key can pass you to the next crafting screen and the only clicking you need to do is to add resources.

If you were on my server id pay you to make the items for me.
I Made 400+/_ MSE's to get Past Novice DE, and to be honest im not sure there is any faster way.
But After you get to BP2 it goes so much faster. Really.

Yup - the beginning Novice DE grind is enough to make anybody who thought they liked the Mouse droids never want to see them again (or at least neve want to make another again). When you get the 2nd Blueprint is when grinding becomes faster (still tedious but much faster) since we then get the Adv Droid Frame which uses 150 Steel, 70 Fiberplast, and gives 426 XP to Practice. Then the road t master is mainly a resource collecting trip (a big one, but at least you can see the road now)

But the chances are you're thinking of MSE droids until you get to blueprints II and then advanced droid frames to master
