Thread: Seeker Droids Last Forever, so BH don't need to buy more
So I've been told by a customer of mine, and seen this confirmed on the boards, that there is an exploit allowing bounty hunter's to make use of a single seeker droid indefinitely. Basically, the last charge never expires.
Once BH droids became a player only crafted item, they became a core of my business. I was crafting these things like there was no tomorrow, and keeping prices low so the BH's could turn a profit as well. In the last few weeks, I went from selling a factory run a day to maybe selling 2 to 3 crates in a day. I was wondering what the heck happened. Now I know.
As if the Biz Natches and other various exploits weren't enough to completely hose the economy. The fact that any non CH pet completely outclasses a top of the line combat droid. Now this. The DE economy is getting tougher by the day. Throw us a servo here people......
Well actually it isnt a 'sploit'. At Bounty Hunter Investigation 3, Bounty Hunters get a new option on the seekers. /droidtrack(?) This effectively allows the reuse of the Seeker Droid indefinately.
Probot/Arkyds(?) for Bounty Hunters still use charges at Investigation 3.
I'll let you know if I get the probots for free once I skill up again.
I suppose that you are not selling the same number of seekers due to a maturity of your local Bounty Hunters.
