I just train DE, now what do I do? i'm very confused right now. how do install chips and stuff? i build a droid and all i can do is giving him commands, how do i install personality chips? PLEASE HELP ME .

Personality chips can only be installed in conversable droids (such as: Protocol, Surgical, and LE Repair).
Modules fit into general module sockets in the construction phase of the droid.
At novice, there isn't much you can make beyond the little standard MSE- Mouse droid. Sorry, part of the torture 
As you progress up the blueprints tree, more options will become available.

And although more options will be available to you, before master most of these options arent sellable

I would disagree on the sellable part. I'm not a Master DE yet, but I do make some good side cash on selling R4's with 2 level 3 modules and a crafting station. I tend to alternate between Item Storage and Medical modules, as well as Weapon Crafting Stations and Food Crafting stations. If you experiment with decent resources and the level 3 medical modules you can get up to 110% medical with only 2 experimentation points If you use both of them in the droid. While I say that you can make some money doing this, keep in mind it's not very much. I tend to make most of my money selling resources while grinding lots of Advanced Droid Frame units.

Another good way to gain information about this profession is to read the "hologrinders guide" that is stickied at the top of the forum. Dont get mad if you arent a hologrinder... it contains valuable information that can be used by a true DE....

One more thing, how do i get EXP for DE. every time i crafted an item my exp just stays the same.

There is a display bug that doesn't update your xp until you relog. Try logging out and logging back in and see if your xp is there.
