Yes (but not ANY droid will be able to have the new combat modules).

No, "droid invation" is another grief insult to all dedicated DEs.
No new droids in other words. Only a nerf to droid armor, making it even harder to build droids that are just as crappy as the ones currently avaialble.
Because droid can get 160 more HAM, they have apparently decided that droid can't be more effective, so that they needed to nerf them.
The end result is droids that are even crappier and more complex to build than before.

I honestly don't think that it is a nerf. Yeah it looks like a nerf, but really this is something that should've been fixed long ago. It's like saying that if they fixed the seeker bug and then calling that a nerf. And please stop these posts, I'm getting tired of seeing you whine about the droid armor in every therad I see you post in.
