Thread: Didn’t mean to get you nerfed
I am a bounty hunter who wanted to make their own seeker droids. I PVP all the time and I defeat lots of people. To throw people off I usually wear my Novice Droid Engineer tag. I believe this could be why you guys are getting the nerf in publish 7.

Yeah, I've been getting roasted by my guildies for being a DE -- especially with lack of combat droids in the "droid invasion" and the droid armor nerf. One of them re-named his probot "I-used-to-have-armor" and runs aroudn town with it.
I have a sense of humor about it and laugh, but the future of the profession is looking quite bleak at this point. Bug fixes, droid stims are nice, but the armor nerf and the lack of new droids have really clouded the horizon for me.
I have been hopeful and constructive for a long time. But I am not seeing a future where DEs are as essential as weapon or armorsmiths or even chefs. Its a crying shame becuase the most Star Warsy professions are Jedi, Bounty Hunter, Smuggler and Droid Engineer.

New things are in, buffs for everyone, chef foods, MOBS got stronger to balance the uber leet combat dudes, hell even the lairs were made tougher along the way..remember that one?
And the old Probot was too tough..so Raph (aka HOLOCRON) said a temporary nerf is needed until we get fixed... ... ...temporary??? There is now moss growing on the walls of our 'temporary' shelter.
And in DE...absolutely nothing to keep up the initial level so called 'playing field'
We have been abused since birth, and now we are supposed to love those who abuse us over and over again, most recently with the armour nerf. Well, I dont know, but if we were dogs somebody would be arrested for treating us all like this.
TK says the Devs dont like coming here because it is so negative....well if they were as abused as we have been they would be negative too...its cause and effect in action.
Remove the armour nerf and lets move on to happier days...PUB 7 would be 'ok' without that.
