oky after getting some interesting feedback.. from a few posts i thought this deserved its own post and not tacked on to something.

first let me start by saying holo grinding just about ruined the game,.. it flooded the market with inferior stuff but for the price what are you gonna do.. should i go and try to find an acualy entertainer or should i just sit and watch this ark guy and put them on ignore??

is this a problem with de's?? no i dont think soo no one can grind to master and sell off a bunch of droids to recoup there costs with no effort, droids are very labor intensive..

Droids as they are priced maybe should even cost more, or make money much harder to come by.. its not a problem of De's dont selll enough its a problem, its that money is way to easy to get,, not for a newb,, but others.

A lot of these profession problems are many people dont RP the game, they only care the fastest way to get xp, fastest way to get money,, what the 1337 way is to do things

To me being a droid engineer is making tons of varriety or droids, matching a droid to my customer and there needs, not wondering when they are gonna come back and spend more money soo i can pay 4 milion for a giant dune kimo scale for my Ris helm ive been wanting. Sure i think there should be reasons why a person needs to bring there droid back for repairs,. sure the should have to come to me for a touch up.. This should only add to your gaming experiance, notmake it worse,

aww man i cant make anymore selling droids, they dont break fast enough soo i can sell more. This is an Rp game,, being the only DE in 5 city's that stays at there shop makes great droids, fixes droids, and matches them to there customer is what its all about. not setting up a power up vendor and just making money as people stop on by... OR mass produce armor and make millions..the devs know there is to much money in the game but thats a bit late now with out major money sinks,., that effect only the richest,, have any of you made a new toon on a server where you didnt know anyone and had to work your way up>?? there is a huge gap between the newbs and everyone else.

peopel should try to remeber this is an RPG,, not a , well ill make a DE to pay for my alt's expensis.. as they holo grind to jedi. if more people focus'd on the RP part of being a DE there would be a lot less complaints.

being in your store, selling droids, Rp'n a DE thats what its all about,... doing what a DE would really do,, not load up a few factories and then go off hunting on dath,.,., if anything a DE should be more complex, make you spend an hour making one droid,,, not spit out 100 droids an hour,, and just wait for them to break soo they can come back for another..

granted these ideas may be on the extrem side and need a balance but i think you know where im coming from

I know your the kind of person who create's fun and a good less to others.

I still hope we get some cool droid's that i can modify for combat in different situations. And maybe if the squadleader could command more at a time. I love the tradefederation droids id like to have somthing similar. For the time im going CH but i don't get the starwars feel i would with droids.

Hi! It great to see a person that is serious about the game. However I have to say this and I have said it before....

Most people in MMORPGs do not understand what role-play means in its traditional sense. They come from a computer game background not a pen-and-paper game background.

If you come into an MMORPG that is made by any of the "big guys" this is the case. The Role-play servers here are only slightly better.

If you truly want a role play experience you still have to play a MUD. The MUDs enforce role-play and kick people out who talk L33T speak.

I must say i have never played a MUD, not even sure if i would know one if i saw it hehe.I did however grow up play Dnd, learned in 3rd grade and played at break, pnp. then aftershool and weekends get dressed up in our fighter and theif gear and go RP in the swamp behind my buddies house.. that was fun though as the theif my feet always got soaked wearing the light leather mocasines, but playing the theif was soo much more fun..

But dont get me wrong we need tons more droids, combat= droids, like droidkia . surveying and sampling like an R2 that rides along with ya. Or , harvester maintance droids power droids, repair droids R2's, and Bll's to empty um.. there are so many things,, maybe a dz-70 you could put a posion pack by a master doc you could call for a limited number of uses. Tons of stuff we could look forward to : )
