Droid Engineer Archive

I'm not a DE but I’m interested in your profession and buying some droids. But my first question is what good are they besides just looking cool. Like most things if I don't know what they can do I do some searches on the forums and on yahoo and google but had no luck this time. My questions to you is are there sites out there that people can post for me that will tell me what each module will do and is there a website out there that is like a droid builder so I can put together what I want my droid to be so when it comes to buying a droid I can be like I want this and not be a dumb nub not knowing what he is talking about.
