When crafting a droid during the experimentation part....you can increast quality...effectiveness etc etc.
My question is what does each actually do?? It says quality...but what does that mean and effect?Does one make armor resists better? Does one make crafting better? Does one increase HAM?
Is there a way to tell what each category in experimentation, like quality, actually effect?

Are you sure... I seem to remember raising firepower by raising Quality... not my much.. but a bit

I have noticed this also the firepower did increase a bit by teaking the quality

Actually I think you guys might be right. I don't think it changes it much, but it does change it a bit

I dont know what you guys are talking about ?
I made 2 DZ, both had 109 CR combat mods in them
One I chose materials and experimented for "quality" got 92% quality, 20some Efficiency
had whatever - 100 damage, 2.4some speed, 0.2sometning to hit
Another I chose resources and experimented for Efficiency (99%)
had whatever - 100 damage, 2.0 speed, 0.3 to hit
So you must be talking about efficiency. Not "quality". And even that didnt change the damage range.
What droid did you notice this on ?(maby DZs are capped) And what was the difference in the experimentation bar, and damage.

I can't even remember much about it. I just remember a while ago I thought I noticed that one of the other bars changed something slightly too. I haven't tested it for ages though, and never even think about it anymore

From my experience experimenting on the "effectiveness" of the final droid will increase the HAM, speed and "to hit" of the droid.
Experimenting on the "quality" and "durability" do not seem to have any effect on the final stats of the droid.
The attack damage is dependent on the combat rating of the modules installed in the droid and can not be experimented on.
