I updated the Poll thread's initial post to reflect this but I figured I better post so you're all aware.

We have an extra week to get our question(s) down.

Not only that but we have some (as yet) unspecified amount of 'love' coming with JTL.

I think that this will come mostly from the fact that most all pilots will really almost "need" a droid to help operate their ship.

Aye, having a droid for a ship is fine and dandy...

However... Will it be another one of those "buy one now, and never again" akin to how the Docs/Medics use the droids currently?

Am just curious as to how many droids will be purchased, and how much prep-time I will need to start working on future pilot orders...

And hopefully I can stick some personality chips in the droids... Backseat driver droids... Ha.

Personally, not every ship needs droids, as far as I can tell from the movies (Jango/Bobba's Ship, TIEs, Shuttles come to mind right off hand).

If anything, I would assume, the multi-person carriage ships would have some droids to help maintain and run the ship (Frigates, Falcon-style, Destroyers, etc) ...

My dilema is... What skills will I need to drop in order to become a ship crafter!? *pouts*

The IGN interviews state that canon will not be completely observed in JTL. In other words, most ships will need droids despite faction.
