...right next to your main droid vendor with both on the planetary map, I also use a Srvy,Batt,Cstmz vendor if only to get 3 entries on the map and keep them all *relatively* clean and tidy

Not near mine...


Best place I have noticed is near a terminal where BHs get their missions.

I used to sell tons of them in Kadaara. The BH terminal is right outside the Starport, and they have all the level of Spynet OPs there.Would be a good place to put a vendor.

Mos Eisley and Kaadara are (I believe) the only two places in the game where all levels of spynet operatives exist in the same town as BH terminals. These locations are where most BH do their level grind, at least from Investigation 2+. For Novice through Investigation 1 they could stay in Coronet or Tyrena also... and maybe a few other places.
