I have 2 combat droids right now.
I have a Prob droid that appears to have an energy or blast attack (at work right now so can't tell) and I have an R3 unit that when he range attacks, it looks like he shooting an LLC, so I'm assuming (yes I know what happens when you assume) that he has an electrical attack.
I'm currently running missions on Yavin IV and it seems most stuff is vulnerable to electricity, and as much as I like my R3 unit, I still like the Prob a bit more, cause it gets the bonus to attack. Is it possible to put an electric attack into the Prob droid, or are the attack types determined by the droid type?

We don't have any control on wich damage a droid do.
In fact, we don't even know what damage type they do.
All we can tell is that LE repair is melee only, Probot is ranged only, and R serie are ranged and melee.
If you wanna find out what damage they do, I would suggest testing with a friend in duel, with different armor that have different vulnerabilities.
Only way I found to determine what damage a mob does.

ah. okay, thanks I appreciate the tip, guess I'll stick to what I got for right now.
