Thread: Bloodfin DEA meeting and update

Greetings All!
Just wanted to let everyone know that the meeting on Sunday June 20th went very well. We had a good turnout even though some people couldn't make it because of Fathers Day.
Here is an overview of the meeting:
1) The meeting offically started at 9:05 EDT. We had a meet and greet where everyone said where their shop was located, how long they had been playing SWG and told a little about themselves.
2) We talked about the importance of recruitment for the DEA.
3) We talked about the structure and function of the DEA on bloodfin. It was decided that it will be a loose group with no "Officers" primarily to exchange information. If a vote needs to be taken on an issue the majority will rule.
4) The chat channel is up. However if the creator logs and no one is on it it is destroyed. Please check to see if a channel is there when you log in.If the chat channel is not there you should create a public onetitled DEnet.
5) We coordinated a Resource Waypoint Exchange system.
5) We had a very informative discussion about droid pricing on Bloodfin.
6) We opend the floor for anyone to bring up a topic related to DEing.
The meeting lasted about 60mins and everyone agreed they had a great time. The next meeting will be on July 11th at Chavabegga's PA Hall (Waypiont to be posted later). Same time 9:00 EDT.
I mentioned I would ask TheRealTK421 to make a character on Bloodfin and come to our next meeting (How about it TK?)

As part of the update I'd like to point out that the ball IS rolling!
We are always looking for more people. Post here or email me in game and I will put you on the email list and into the resource waypoint system.

I didn't even know such a meeting was taking place... I like the sound of a casual organization for mutual benefit. Maybe I'll chat you in game to get more details.

Rigel,
I will add you to my list and contact you in-game. I make a post every few weeks here but I dont want to clog up the forums so ive been keeping it to a minimum.
