Hi first off this is Totlich of Traq server not Martee.. 
To the question, I made an R3 harvest with color (red body, yellow trim) for a customer. Within 3 hours of purchace the color had fadded to all white. first the body color went then the trim. I have had no customers complain of this before and all my own droids seem fine.
Has any one heard of this happening before?
Could he be bugged?
Could it have been the droid?
I any one has any ideas, comments or suggestions they are welcome...

Depends on how many times it's taken in and out of datapad.

I use mine all the time and the color is still there, I contacted some past customers whos "customaization has fadded completly away" and their color is still there as well.... seems awefully quick to me for it to fade in 3 hours, when mine has lasted me months. Not trying to argue i just think something is wrong

Yours lasting month is the bug.
DEV made that feature that color fade away based on the number of time you call your droid from your datapad, like for vehicles.
Default after calling the droid for the first time is 20 call lifespan, after that each custom kit chnage last 50 call.
And you have to buy a custom kit and use it to color the droid again.
AFAIK everybody in the game hate that, but that's the way dev made it.
And they don't plan to change anything to the droids this year (probably not even bug fix).
