Jedi

It seems most of the DEV's are off fixing Jedi. That's why they only keep working with the simplest(in their eyes) solution to the droid issues.

Let the Jedi rot for 6 or 7 months like we did. They have been in for a whole stinking month. Let them endure the bugs and neglect like a lot of other professions. Only then will they be worthy of the Jedi title.

Jedi _should_ be fixed first

sorry. Jedi's affect everyone.No Holo chasing improves the entire game 100%, for everyone.

I look at it as a blessing. It shows a real change in mangament that accepts its a dumb ass idea the way jedi's were implemented, and that above all else gives me hope that they may one day fix Droid Engineers properly instead of half-assed.

Its probably the best news they've had.

I should clarify by saying changing the opening of the FSCS.

jedi's fixes can rot in hell

seriously though, i cant begrudge that either. It makes no sense to get Jedi only to have to be a coward and never do anything.

What about a novice finally grinding his way up to MDE just to find everything in the master skill box is worthless? And further finding that a person with just one skill box of skill can make the same droid the master could make by infinitly stacking modules? Sure they are fixing it now, but it took them 6 months to do it. Give us a couple months attention before pulling up camp and going gung ho for the Jedi. It just isn't right.

The funny thing is i was going to drop DE to start hologrinding,

and now hologrinding has been nerfed.

A DE just cant win.

I would rather see the question "which will hurt the game more, non-permadeath/non-hologrinding jedi or DE/DH split classes"

but to answer your question, DE will be checked off the whiteboard first, but that is because they just copy paste the CH code and rename variables to "Droid Master"

I was thinking earlier that the unhappiest people in the game must be DE's who held onto that profession while hologrinding through a dozen other professions without unlocking FSCS .... after the next couple Publish cycles, I hope they have access to good professional counseling .......

I read today they were taking the Jedi profession back to scratch pretty much and re-doing the whole profession.

Sooo....the answer would definately be Jedi.... BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE DOING RIGHT NOW!

Before I give an "Offical" answer here Im gona head over to the Jedi forums and read a bit and get informed, But right off I think questing for Jedi sounds a heck of a lot better than grinding to it.

as droids at all have been delayed because too many screamed no! on every idea showing up, the devs have free capacity using to bring in many new changes. (there are several new things for this publish and only small DE changes). they will continue to work on DE for the next publish, but maybe they drop DE at all when to many are ranting about everything. i hope the devs just take some ideas and there own plan and bring in those changes and stop listening to people crying no, so the devs drop the idea and think of a new one over and over again.
