Droid Engineer Archive

I use my Probot a lot...and he takes quite a beating. My question is this...what is the Incapacitation Recovery option for? It shows up on the radial menu after the droid is incapacitated...but it doesn't seem to work (or I don't know how to use it). I don't get any messages, the droid doesn't get up...nothing.
