I made a dozen Advanced R2 units and I am now getting exp when I make them where I was not getting it last night (or for days before) I have not recieved exp when I made the final assembly.

Its nice to see some positive advancement in our profession no matter how small.

I was getting just over 500 xp points with my final assemblys. What I mean is that when I have the adv R2 unit built and I then put the modules and/or crafting stations on the droid I was then getting exp.

Unfortunatly, when I did the final assemblys on the R4 units I was still gettting NO exp.

Here's a funny one for you. I decided to build a R3 chassis to gain the final XP that I would need to finish out my last tier 4 box. I get all the compents together, and low and behold have a Critical failure. No biggie, I brush it off and notice that I have enough to try again and get 2 amazing successes in a row (I still Experimentreguardless the outcome). I name the R3 chassis something to the affect of 'The R3 chassis that mede Drashk Dza'lya a Master Droid Engineer', and hit the button to finish it up and what do I see my XP bar do.......nothing.

I had to take a moment and laugh at myself for the shear luck that I have sometimes. Anyway, I now have a deed for an MSE sitting infront of my vendors that reads 'Drashk Dza'lya's Master Droid Engineers Diploma'. The Irony of it all is this, Ivowed to never build another MSE again after I hit Blueprints 3, in honor of the brave little droids sacrafice to put itself to the grind so that I could make Probots and R2s. (That and I just couldn't stand hearing the noise that they produce.)

The only way I have fun in the Droid Engineer profession is create MSE droids, name them something funny, then teach them some dodgy commands, then transfer them to people who dont know they will get a droid.

Heh.

other then that, beeing a DE sucks ass.

Please excuse my cynical, somewhat grumpy posts sometimes. I'm a DE.
