Thread: How do you Repair your OWN Probot as a DE

This is more of a slight complaint, as well as an issue. I'm a DE on Radiant, and I use my own products to assist in fighting. I have a basic probot, and I also have an LE repair droid. Now the problem is my probot is getting some damage, and needs to be repaired, but since you are only allowed 1 droid out at a time, I now have to find someone that I can transfer my droid to, so I can get the other one out to repair. This isn't much of a problem, it's more of an inconvenience for my friends, and myself.

I find this very frustrating. Others are allowed multiple pets out at a single time, that have 1000+ HAM(easy)of damage, and dish our 100+ in damage themselves.... But anyone can only have one droid that has 810HAM,and does less than 100 damageper shot. And I can't even repair him myself! Why is that???? I know the repair tools are suppose to do the trick, but they don't work.. I understand we can all have pets now, but my point is not what you can have, it's the numbers of what you can have out. It appears to be totally unbalanced.

I personally still don't understand the reasoning behind onlyallowing 1 droid when someone can have multiple pets out at a time. I think I would have a better time with this if the Probots hadn't gotten nerfed like they did.

"Transfer" the droid to sombody you trust, (PA mate, friend whoever) and have them repair the probot and have them "transfer" it back to ya.. Cumbersome but the only way to do it atm.

Just going to reopen this one for a short bit see if I get any nibbles..

Any DE read what the Information is on the Repair module?

It says that it allows a Droid to repair ITSELF and other droids.

Now the repair itself thing doesn't work..

Just curious if it's suppose to or not...

I brought that up several times when I first started into DE, never got any response, so I dropped it.

I have put repair modules on my probots and it works just fine.

It takes a long time to heal up if it takes 700pts of dmg but its better than a junked probot.

That's not the repair module doing that. The droids heal automatically over time without a repair module installed.

What the poster is after is a way to actively heal them, not passively. I couldn't agree more.
