Just wanted to add that my entertainer droid doesn't realise it is an entertainer droid also.

Problem with droids that require a certain skill (e.g. novice scout, novice dancer) maybe?

Unfortunately it looks like your droid engineer isnt aware of the problems that exist or wasn't getting them himself and thought it would work fine.

Perhaps if you point them this way so that they can read up the new work around we seem to have found.

Basically any droid that has an extra option or two on its radial menu for its special functions (tricks) is lost after the first call (ie when you store it at least once) however, if the droid contained an item storage module (to store 10 items or less) it seems to work repeatedly.

This news has beenshown to the Devs so hopefully a fix is coming as soon as they figure it out but in the meantime perhaps see if your droid engineer would craft another droid but this time with a storage module.

Its one of many issues that came up since publish 21. Check outthe sticky thread on this forum.

I can't find anything about this in the known issues so I am guessing it isme being dumb or it is a bug.


I bought a trapping droid from a very good DE and after I bought it I checked it over and saw the program trapping etc. on the radial. "great, it's all there" I thought, and no quikly named it and stored it intending to check it out later.

So I am in the middle of Dantooine. I set up my camp to make traps. As they pile up in my inventory I see on the radial (or the traps) "Equip in trapping droid". I click this and nothing. Then I remembered I had not porgrammed the droid for throwing traps do I go to his radial, and nothing, just 1)Examine 2)Store/recharge 3) Program. No 4) program trap fire anymore. It is not listed uner 3) program either. After servel disconnect/reconnects I give up.

Any suggestions?
