wow excellent .. perhaps they didn't want to hightlight what a mess was caused with the changes they made to pets and started work on how the work around worked that was found.

Or prehaps Tiggs wasn't around to write Patch notes. 
For unknown reason, when Tiggs is out, patch notes aren't released with code updates on Test Center.
Well spotted Drashk, I was rather more focussed on everything that got borked in the hotfix than what was fixed.
There is no chance this is going live yet I'm afraid, as a brief summary of why:
All xp system messages are in combat tab not system messages.
All xp messages whenuninspired report you receive 0 experience.
All xp messages when inspired report you receive 10 experience (bonus xp).
When in combat you get a "base_player:[prose_flytext_xp]" float above the mob when it dies.
There is a slight variation on the messagewhen in groups but no one is grouping for xp as the xp split is back and is set worse not better than before (currently a 2-man group gets 53% of a solo xp, they did get 55% on first publish 21 test)
