What exact skills do i need in droid engineer to make them?
I was thinking of using the extra points (from chef/merchant) to get xxx3 DE, But.. would i be able to make them (the components and such) with just that?
if not, what exact skills do i need in DE without mastering(if possible) to make just these droids?

you would need master artisan for the Electronic Memory modules and Electronic GP modules required to make one. and you wil need x/x/x/3 in order to make the BH droids themselves.
