Thread: Question about droid customization lifespans (from a non-DE)
Cuastomization is only the colouring..it does not matter to the function of the droid.
It should be permanent till you choose to pay for a colour change....but its not..just like vehicles - Grr

When you first craft the droid in patch 8 - you can set its colors right then - which lasts for an initial 20 calls.
When you use a coloring toolkit - you get 50 calls (pre-patch 8 and post-patch 8 work exactly the same in giving 50) - The problem is that TK-421 was expecting 100 at least. so it still may be a bit bugged.
I'm not sure if 50 or 100 is supposed to be the number. I'm about 90% sure that I saw them post that this would be raised to 100.

I guess 50 is good, considering anyone should be able to use droid paint kits on his/her droids now.
