Can you stack item storage modules in a socket cluster? Is there a limit to the amout of storage the droid an have? Basically I wanted to create a massive storage droid and want to know if it is possible before I waste my resources.

Yes, you can stack them, but the results are not stricly additive.

Ten items is the maximum amount of item storage any droid can have, and this can be achieved through two level 4 or one level 6 module.

As far as I know the limit ist 10 items per droid. every module more ist wasted.

10 is limit, just put a couple lvl 4 storage mods in, rather then waste rare resources on a lvl 6.

What is so rare about a resource that doesn't get used? It's not rare, its non-existant if you don't use it. Heh. 50k ore isn't doing me any good sitting in my hopper. Use it if you have it. If not, then substitute.

Yes, but it would be pointless. Total Item Storage capacity is capped at 10, and a single Level 6 will get you there.

In general, I use a pair of level 3's to get to 10 capacity instead of a level 6. Level 6s use a couple of resources that I don't have available.
