My question is do they stack and if so, how high? I would hate to buy them thinking they will stack, if they won't or buy a bunch and then find out that it stops at a certain number. I do know that if there is more then one on a ca it will take the highest one but I am looking to make an outfit or something. Thanks!!

+25 is the max on any one stat.
+25 droid experimentation = 2 more points to experiment with.
Each point contributes to the overall "bonus" total (so if you have a +4 and a +3, it will be a combined +7)
Do NOT place two of the same tape into a piece of clothing (for instance, the +4 and the +3). The lower stat will disappear. You need to place them in different pieces of equipment.
You can place an experimentation and an assembly in the same piece of clothing and be okay.
+25 droid assembly decreases failure rates
Droid Customization does nothing (it is a broken tape). However, many DEs collect them in the hope that they will do something some day.
You can get a Droid Engineering Toolkit from a Tailor (it is a bandolier) that gives +5 to customization, +5 to assembly, +3 to Experimentation. However, you will not be able to wear a backpack.
If you try to add a +6 experimentation (for example) to that above Droid Engineering toolkit, you will change the +3 inherently on it to a +6. The +3 will disappear.
Hope that helps. you can also check the Tailor Website for verification.
Glossary: These things are also caleed SEA (Skill Enhancing Attachments) and CA (Clothing Attachments)

Also, if you get a CA that has more than one stat on it (like Droid Experimentation +1 and Droid Assembly +3 on one CA), only the higher stat will show up when you put it in a clothing socket.

I have a tape with Droid Assembly 2 and Droid Tracking Speed 2. Which one of those will be the one that shows since they are both the same number? What is Droid Tracking Speed? Does it work? I only got the tape for the Droid Assembly and since I got it cheap, I took the chance that the assembly will be the one that shows. Thanks for any and all help!!

If they are the same, then it is the one that is listed first (if it is the Droid Assembly, then that is the one that will stick.) The other stat line is used by Bounty Hunter Droids only.

On getting 2 extra experimentation points you need only 20 points total on all clothing.
