Hi guys,
Im starting a DE, and my main goal is to make matser and make Bomb driods...tons of em 
Now, what is the best resources to look for? I heard that reactive Gas is the the resource, but what about the quality? There is some Eecootee, DR=638, OQ=986 on my server....is this good stuff? is the DR just gonna make crap?

A correction. It's not just "Reactive Gas" that you need, it's the specific sub-category "Tolium Reactive Gas", which is quite rare. Be prepared to wait a long time to find it and/or pay a lot to get it.

Hopefully the recent increase in the number of resource spawns helps out the DE's a bit. I'm having alot of trouble finding exactly what I need, or people who are willing to sell the mediocre stuff at a reasonable price.
