Thread: Different types of Surgical Droids ??
I'm a non-DE, but a avid droid user. I've got a small fleet of them, but was wondering if there exists a droid that acts like a 110 medicane surgical droid (can heal wounds when not in campsite), but DOESN"T look all creepy like the standard one.Ultimatly I'm trying to get a Akirod Seeker 'floating' type that would do the same thing, no luck. I got a seekers for for my crafting stations.
Can you put surgical modules in them to get them 110?
And is 18k too much to pay for a 110 surgical droid with chemical crafting station built in? I feel like I got reamed, but was worth it to me. ![]()
ok 18k sounds like alot but it depends on your server.
you can stick a 110 medical module in any droid but a seeker or a arakyd probot ( both of there are the bh droid).
the dz-70 looks like the arakyd but it's a little bigger. There is also another droid called a probot that is a lot bigger and is usable by anyone.
I charge 26k for any med 110 with food / chem craft.
You got a great deal at 18k if you ask me. I think that's far too low for a droid you never have to replace.
Most people charge based on capabilities, not droid chassis, since the chassis itself is basically interchangeable. So 18k for a droid that has a Level 6 Medical Module and a Food Crafting Station sounds fine. That's slightly higher than what I charge, but it does vary from server to server.
I do charge a bit of a premium for higher-end droids, but the basic cost comes from the capabilities. You're not going to get a Mouse Droid that you'll never need to replace on the cheap just because it's a Mouse.
