Ok I just found out that im only getting one coloring per device. And being it takes a couple things to make in including a master artison item what do you guys think you will be charging to color droids.I havent tryed expermenting with the coloring device yet so I dont know what the max charges are plus I am still pretty novice.

There's another thread just started on this with the experimentation details. I'm on Bria and I think I'll be charging about 200cr per colouring. So droids that have 2 items to colour (eg R2) would cost 400cr if they wanted both frame and trim. And, as soon as possible I'm going to make a batch of these in a factory. They're a royal PITA to make.....

hmmm for the permanent ones(Surgical/probot/LE repair), 500 creds, for non-perm try to avoid it, but only 100 creds

It takes about 300cr to make them (I haven't added up all of the costs) buying the resoruces. I guess it will depend on how long the paint lasts. 500-1000 i think or maybe just "tips".

I think it might be a good idea to avoid selling these kits. I don't know if they are usable by other classes, but keeping them to ourselves would make us the service provider, not the item seller.

We'll get better exposure if we handle the coloring ourselves.

I tested that last night. Non-DEs cannot customize droids.

Wow, and here I run a thiving business charging 5k to customize droids (build 3 charge tools with half decent minerals and let the customers have 2 demo colours before they make their final decision).

I charge 250 per part. Yesterday one fellow payed me 5k because i could color his probot red
