Arg what is the name of the module, i keep looking through my list and cant seem to find it...
Did they remove them?

Level 1 2 or 3 structure maintenance module.
It's wit the storage and medical module.
Keep in mind only the Level 3 will do inter-planetary and even those are bugged.
