CD 33%

OH! in that case its 33% for OQ, UT, and SR for all values.

Quality is used to determine time.
Formula is on the first page of the forum about 5 post below yours.

anyway, formula is 3600 - 27 * Quality = Time in second. With a max error of 27 due to partially shown quality.

I think effectiveness deal with the number of charges.

Actually, there should be a stat (the bottom of the three available) that has "number" or "uses" as the title of the experimentalblocks. This is the are where you can experiment the number of "charges" the survey droid will have. The middle stat ( i forget the name) is the one that will determine how fast the droid will send back the email. I beleive it may be titled "quality". The first stat has not made any noticable differance in the operation of the droid, from my experiances.
