If I buy a crate of detonation modules from aMaster DE, and I pick up novice DE can I make MSE Mouse Droid's with detonation capabilitiy? If not, what trees under DE would I need to pick up to be able to make detonation droids if I buy detonation modules from a master DE?

If you buy the Detonation modules, you would only need Novice DE to make the MSEs, however an MSE only has room for 1 module. The Advanced MSE will allow you to place 2 modules and it is available at Blueprints I
